Application fee

All applications to our school for Pre-Nursery, K1, K2, and K3 classes require a non-refundable application fee of $40 per candidate.

Registration fee

Should we offer your child a place, we require a non-refundable registration fee of $970 to signify your acceptance and secure the place.

This amount will be deducted from your child’s first month’s school fees.

School fees

All classes take place five days per week

• Morning session – 9.00am to 12.00 noon

• Afternoon session – 1.00 to 4.00pm

School fees are non-refundable after payment is made and are fully inclusive of

Payment of fees

Fees are payable by direct debit (DDA) on the first day of each calendar month from a designated local bank account.

The Direct Debit Authorisation Form must be submitted to the school at the time the student is officially registered. The form can be downloaded from the school website or collected from the school office.

The first month’s fees are invoiced before the new academic year begins. The invoiced amount takes into account the registration fee parents have previously paid.

For students joining after the commencement of the new academic year, fees may be calculated on a pro rata basis, depending on the child’s starting date.

Direct Debit authorisation is the only method accepted to collect your child’s school fees each month. An administration charge of HK$50 will be levied against a student’s account where a direct debit is returned unpaid from your bank for any reasons, or if the direct debit authorisation has not been set up successfully.

If fees are not paid on time, a reminder will be issued. If fees remain overdue for more than 14 days, the school will have no choice but to consider terminating the school place and offering it to an applicant on the waiting list.

Withdrawal

All paid tuition fees are non-refundable.

The school requires one full calendar month’s written notice of withdrawal. Alternatively a month’s fees in lieu will be due and payable as a debt at the rate applicable on the date of invoice whether or not the place can be filled.

Calendar month means the period between and including the first and last days of each calendar month.
