「戴」你去旅行 "So" happy to travel
因應疫情關係，知道大家都無法出外旅行，因此今年度的開放日就讓我們「戴」你去旅行，將學校化身成機場，帶你們去到不同的國家啦!希望藉著這次旅行體驗，讓幼兒認識不同國家，感受不同的文化。
家長們立即登記，取得登機證與我們一起去旅行吧!
活動日期：2021年10月23日(星期六)
活動時間：將分為三個時段，為10:00-11:00、11:00-12:00、12:00-13:00。
屆時會有彈彈床、不同的體驗活動及課室展覽區等等。
*由於疫情關係，活動場地容納人數有限，因此彈彈床需要領取籌號才能參加。
本校將於10:00、11:00、12:00進行派籌，名額有限，每組家庭限取一張籌碼，先到先得。
領取籌碼後，家長可於指定時間參加活動。
溫馨提示：請家長預先下載及填寫健康申報表，於進入學校時出示電郵副本讓老師查閱，多謝合作。
每一位家長及幼兒都需要個別獨立填寫健康申報表。

*本校會於活動中拍照或錄影以作紀錄，所拍/錄的相片或影像亦會作公開展示於學校網頁和社交平台。
*本校生不用填寫此表格，請簽閱校內通告，以作報名參加開放日活動。
In response to the epidemic situation, as we cannot travel abroad, in this year’s open day, we will give you the experience of traveling! First, we will turn the school into an airport, and take you to different countries! Hopefully through this travel experience, children can know more different countries and experience their cultures.
Parents can start registering now! get the boarding pass and travel with us!
Event Date: October 23, 2021 (Saturday)
Activity time: It will be divided into three time periods, 10:00-11:00, 11:00-12:00, and 12:00-13:00.
There will be trampoline, different activities and classroom exhibition areas, etc.
*Due to the epidemic situation, the capacity of the people in the event venue is limited, so trampoline need to receive the chips to participate.
The school will distribute chips at 10:00, 11:00, and 12:00. The number of chips is limited. Each family is allowed to take one chip. It is conducted in first-come, first-served basis.
After receiving the chips, parents can participate in the activity at the designated time.
Reminder: Please download and fill in the health declaration form in advance, and present a copy of the email when entering the school for the teacher to check. Thank you for your cooperation.
Every parent and child needs to fill out a health declaration form individually.

*The school will take photos or videos during the event for record. The photos or videos taken/recorded will also be publicly displayed on the school website and social platforms.
*Students of this school do not need to fill in this form, please sign and read the school notice to register for the open day activities.
