Founded in California in 1983, My Gym founders aims to empower youngsters by helping them acquire the skills, confidence, and positive self-image needed to become healthy young adults. My Gym now introduces My Gym Premium, while parents can choose the plan of their choice for their children:
My Gym, My Art and My Music will be given to both parents and babies to develop the child physically, mentally, socially, emotionally and also the readiness to learn.
My Gym Premium are held in Retail Malls and podium within luxury condos with healthy and family-friendly lifestyle brands existing in the area, and playground with personalised trainers, resting area and nursing room will also be provided. Also, on site caregivers will help out for babies that are in need, while parents will receive Parenting news and tips, with informative parental workshops/seminars held to let parents stay tuned for latest parenting topics.
