Nature's Harvest 清新地

Nature's Harvest emerges from the blue water and green hills of Clearwater Bay Peninsula. Just below Razor Hill, with Port Shelter to the East, Camper's Bay to the North, HKUST to the South, we are an organic farm and leisure getaway nestled at Pak Shui Wun, Sai Kung with mountains, beach and waterfall as its nature neighbors.

Much like anyone, we found the pace of city life, the pollution, the stress, debiliating.  Reducing food safety risks in Hong Kong represents a significant challenge.  We wanted to identify a natural environment to practice sustainable organic farming, connecting visitors with their local food system and nature whilst realising the farm to become an escape, a rural retreat and holistic lifestyle for the residents in Hong Kong -- nectar for the heart.
