港怡醫院 嚟緊會繼續提供三場免費產前講座！講座內容豐富充實，包括母乳餵哺、保護脊骨健康、止痛緩解方法、嬰兒護理及情緒支援建議等，分別由不同嘅專科醫生、助產士同哺乳顧問等專業人士主講，協助各位準父母做好準備，迎接新生命嘅誕生！

【Free Antenatal Class: Get ready for your baby’s arrival】
#Gleneagles will be holding three sessions of free antenatal classes again! The classes cover various practical topics including advice on breastfeeding, spine health, pain relief methods, baby care and emotional support etc, which will be hosted by medical professionals including specialists, midwives and lactation consultant etc, to help parents-to-be to get well-prepared for meeting their new-born babies!
